What happens to your data when you visit dreamfx.digital or write to us. Written against what the site actually does, not against a template.

The controller is DreamFx — [pravno ime podjetja], [ulica in hišna številka], [poštna številka] [kraj], Slovenija, [matična številka] · [davčna številka].
For anything to do with privacy, write to hello@dreamfx.digital or call +386 70 760 053.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Their servers log the IP address, browser, time and URL of each request. That is a technical log, needed to serve the site and keep it secure; without it the server cannot answer at all.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Neither sets a cookie or stores an identifier on your device — they report in aggregate only: how many views, which page, how fast it loaded.
If you fill in the form we receive your name, optionally your company and phone number, your email address, your message and your answers to six questions.
We use it for one thing: to answer you and put together a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You are not added to any mailing list and we do not send you marketing.
The message is delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and then lives in our mailbox. We keep it while the enquiry is live and for two years after — so we can refer back to what was agreed if the project continues. We delete it sooner if you ask.
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you press “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of the page. Until you do, Google's script is not even fetched and nothing is exchanged with Google.
If you do consent, Google Analytics sets cookies that let it tell a returning visit from a new one, and receives your IP address, which it truncates. The controller is Google Ireland Limited; data may also be processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw consent at any time — at the foot of the cookie policy there is a button that erases your answer and asks again.
The “Book a call” and “Free consultation” buttons lead to Google's appointment scheduling page. Once it opens you are on Google's site and their terms apply; what you enter there reaches us as a booking.
The site loads the Poppins typeface from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address on every page view. This happens whatever you answer in the cookie bar, because it is part of rendering the page rather than measuring it. We intend to self-host the typeface and remove that exchange.
Vercel Inc. — hosting and technical logs.
Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) — delivering the enquiry email.
Google Ireland Limited — fonts, appointment scheduling and, if you consent, analytics.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not make it available for advertising.
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time, without affecting processing that happened before.
Send the request to hello@dreamfx.digital. We answer within one month.
If you think we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si.
When the site changes in a way that changes what happens to data, we update this page and the date at the top. We do not hide older versions — the history of this page is in a public repository.
We use analytics to see what people look at. Everything works the same without it. Cookie policy
